First Aid training with Scott was really enjoyable. I was engaged through the whole 3 day course and I felt he split the days up nicely and at the correct points allowing us to fully digest what we were going through rather than experiencing any kind of ‘information overload’. Scott was funny and joked around with us making the whole learning experience so much more memorable, it also helped break the ice with the colleagues I had never spoken to before, this made me feel comfortable to ask any questions I had. If I was to choose a first aid course instructor I would definitely go with Scott again, he was experienced and informative. I went away from the course realising I had actually learnt quite a lot, despite doing a first aid course a few years ago.

I completed the practical element of the first aid training in Coventry. It was the best training I have attended in my 15 years of working with children.
