Where is the training delivered?

Training is delivered at your workplace. SAH Training brings all appropriate equipment and workbooks. We require a large enough space to conduct the training in, and will agree this beforehand.

Who is the course instructor?

SAH Training is brought to you by Scott Harding, who delivers all training. You can find out more about SAH Training here.

Can you deliver multiple courses?

Yes, however, each training course must be completed within its designated time frame in order to pass i.e., a 3-day course must be completed within the scheduled three days.

What kind of payment
terms do you offer?

All invoices must be paid within 30 days of issue. Payment should be made by BACs with details provided on invoice. Late payment information is highlighted on the invoice.

What deposit is required?

Deposits vary based on how far in advance you book:

25% for bookings 28+ days in advance

50% for bookings 14+ days in advance

75% for bookings 7+ days in advance

100% for bookings under 7 days

What is your cancellation policy?

28+ days before: Full refund

14–27 days before: 50% charge

7–13 days before: 75% charge

Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% charge

What behaviour is expected of learners?

Learners must behave respectfully, attend punctually, and follow all health & safety and training guidelines. Misconduct may result in removal from the programme with no refund.

Are refreshments or lunch included?

No, refreshments and lunch are not included.
