Fire Marshal Training

The Fire Safety training course covers the role of the designated fire marshal (fire warden) such as preventing fires, the different types of fire extinguisher and how to use fire extinguishers correctly.

 

This course is in accordance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

4 hours
with extinguisher practical

Length of certification

The qualification does not have an expiry date but refresher training and keeping up to date with changes to policies, procedures and new legislation through ongoing CPD is vital.

7-12 candidates – £600​

An emphasis on attendees being relaxed and feeling comfortable attempting practicals is always at the forefront of SAH Training, building confidence, knowledge and skills.

Who Should Attend?

This course is designed for designated fire marshals, people who are responsible for overseeing fire safety and anyone who needs to know how to use a fire extinguisher.

Assessment

Attendees will be observed and will need to be deemed confident and competent in all practical elements, skills and knowledge.

Course Requirements

Candidates need a good understanding of English. Candidates must be physically able to demonstrate the practical skills required to complete the assessment.
